This is my Louisiana Beautiful!  No matter where you come from or what your soul seeks, beautiful Louisiana offers it all.  From the northern Sportsman Paradise region  where the back woods and bayous are teaming with life (and not just the four legged variety) to the festivals and nightlife of the greater New Orleans area.  Louisianna offers it all!

And music can not be experienced without food.  Whether that is the Creole blend of european, african, and caribbean ingredients popular in New Orleans or the Cajun shrimp and gumbos of the Cajun Country region.  Also popular are the crawfish and jambalya of the Crossroads region and the peaches and freshwater fish of the Sportsman's Paradise region.
